In the early 90′s it was recommended that we eat 5 serves of fruit and vegetables a day. At that time it was thought that about 20% of people actually did this every day. Due to the poor quality of food the recommendation has now increased to 7 serves of fruit and vegetables a day. Imagine how many people eat that!
